How do you monitor someone’s glucose from afar? The LibreLinkUp app, that’s right! We designed LibreLinkUp to make it simple to monitor someone’s glucose from a distance.
How does the LibreLinkUp app work?
First, ask your friend to download the FreeStyle Libre sensor and the app on their phone.
Second, once you’re logged in, you’ll see the history of their glucose, as well as any alarms they set. You can view these on the graph. You can view the sensor, and how it has changed over time on the graph as well. If there is a high or low, you can set an alarm for that value.
